تركزت الد ا رسة الميدانية للبحث على دوافع استخدام المحامين للموقع الالكترونيلمجلس القضاء الاعلى، والاشباعات المتحققة من ج رء الاستخدام، وسعى البحث لتحقيق عددمن الاهداف نذكر منها:1. رصد انماط الالكتروني لمجلس الاعلى.2. تحديد الاشكال التي يستخدمها المحامون للتفاعل في الموقع الاعلى.ويعد هذا وصفياً حيث النوع، إذ اعتمد الباحث )المنهج المسحي( فيد رسته الجمهور الخارجي )المحامون( مُستعيناً بأداة الاستبانة والمقياس، وتم توزيعها بين عينةأُختيرت بطريقة عمدية، وقوامها) 16 0 ( محامياً كلا الجنسين، الذين استخدموا الموقعالالكتروني الاعلى وقد خلُص الى مجموعة النتائج، اهمها:أ. أتضح: إن تمثل بالأتي:حلت بالمرتبة الاولى )معدل مرتين الاسبوع(، وتلتها المرتبة الثانية )ثاث م رت فيالاسبوع(، وحلت ثالثاً )مرة الاسبوع(.ب. بينت النتائج ان: الدوافع المنفعية تمثلت بالاتي:حلت ) يجعلني مواكباً للتطور مجال تخصصي القانوني( ، حين حلتبالمرتبة الاخيرة )يمنحني الفرصة للتعبير عن أ ريي القضايا القانونية المختلفة(، اما الدوافعالطقوسية فجاءت الاولى)يُسهم نشر النصوص المفيدة للأخرين(، حينحصلت فئة )يساعد التخلص المشاكل الشخصية ونسيانها والرغبة اللهو( بالمرتبةالاخيرة.
